The King's Speech

One of the headlines today on Obama's highly anticipated speech tonight at the Democratic National Convention was actually titled The King's Speech.

This wasn't the first time that one of Obama's speeches was compared to King George VI and the Academy Awarding winning film The King's Speech.

Strangely enough, one similarity not mentioned in the article above is that they both suffer from an apparent stuttering problem.

One might say that Obama's stuttering problem occurs primarily on the campaign trail.  His specific condition may actually be contagious as Obama's wife has been showing  similar signs of stuttering as well.

Maybe a better title to Obama's speech tonight would be

The Empty Seat.

There's now a 99% chance that Obama's legacy will be all washed up.
