We did an entry that discussed the left's excuse that government issued voter ID was equated to a "Poll Tax" and suppresses the turnout of those minority voters and tries to make sure that white Republicans rule the state.
There must not be THAT many who have had their vote suppressed considering sixteen counties in Texas appear to have more registered voters on their rolls as of 2010 than qualified citizens of voting age.
So, would that be considered a "surplus"?
